The estranged husband of Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow Rain, has filed a response to her divorce petition and he’s demanding spousal support.
According to documents obtained by Radar Online Tuesday, Louis Thornton-Allan asked that she be ordered to pay support “per the pre-marital agreement signed.”
In her Feb. 15 divorce filing, Meadow, 25, requested that Thornton-Allan does not receive spousal support.
She also listed their date of separation as January 3, 2024, which her ex did not contest.
Her divorce filing, which — according to Radar — cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, revealed they had a prenuptial agreement set in place on Oct. 14, 2021.
Page Six did not receive an immediate reply from a representative for Meadow regarding the reported new development in her divorce.
The model tied the knot with Thornton-Allan in the Dominican Republic in October 2021 following a two-month engagement.
Meadow’s godfather Vin Diesel — who was her dad’s “Fast & Furious” co-star and close friend — walked her down the aisle.
Paul died in a car crash north of Los Angeles when Meadow was 15.
“We couldn’t have imagined it to be any more perfect and personal — and honestly it was easy and simple,” Meadow gushed in an interview with Vogue following their nuptials. “Louis and I knew exactly what we wanted from the start. It was a very intimate celebration.”
The celebration was very intimate, as many of their closest friends and family were unable to attend the ceremony because of coronavirus pandemic-related travel restrictions.
She and Thornton-Allan confirmed their separation in a December 2023 Instagram post, which has since been deleted.
“After three [six] wonderful years of marriage, we have come to the agreement to amicably separate,” they announced at the time.
“This is truly a united decision and we sincerely hope everyone can respect our wishes for privacy.”
“We maintain mutual love and respect for one another, and will continue to support each other.”
